Customer Environment

Customer Environment

The Customer Environment represents the user's access point to the LakeFusion platform. The key steps include:

  • User Access: Customers access LakeFusion via their web browser.

  • Authentication: Authentication is handled using Databricks OpenID Connect (OIDC). The user’s credentials are securely authenticated using enterprise identity providers such as Okta or Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).

  • Databricks SSO: Once authenticated, the user is granted secure access to LakeFusion and its connected Databricks workspace using Single Sign-On (SSO).
